Take yoga to work! The idea of practicing yoga at work is growing fast, as more employers are aware of the benefits that yoga can bring, such as; reducing stress and anxiety, increasing levels of concentration and creating a greater sense of health and wellbeing.
Katie currently teaches Workplace Yoga in Cornwall in the week and can teach in London on Fridays.
Katie’s expertise yoga and health allows employees to practice yoga at a level that suits them, with levels from beginners, mixed and intermediate. Styles from Vinyasa Flow (Hatha in a flowing sequence) and Yin Yoga
