Emails are picked up within one hour, to enable prompt booking into a class.

Monday

Wake up flow
9.15 am to 10.15 am.
Open to all levels of yoga.

One to Ones
Available from 11am to 4pm.

Email Katie to book a one to one.

Yin & Yang Yoga
6.45 pm to 8.15 pm.
Level 1.
Suitable if you have practiced yoga before.
(Waiting list only – accepting no new students)

Tuesday

Vinyasa Flow
6.45pm to 7.45pm.
Suitable if you have been practiced yoga before

Wednesday

Vinyasa Flow
6.30 pm to 8pm.
Level 1 to 2.
Suitable if you have been practicing yoga for at least a year.

Thursday

One to Ones
Available from 9am until 4pm.

Friday
