Emails are picked up within one hour, to enable prompt booking into a class.

Monday

Yin & Yang Yoga
6.45 pm to 7.45 pm.

Studio Class and Zoom participation.

Fully booked for studio participation, but spaces for Zoom participation

Wednesday

Vinyasa Flow
6.30 pm to 7.30pm.
Level 1 to 2.
Suitable if you have been practicing yoga for at least a year.

Thursday

One to Ones
Available from 9am until 4pm.

Weekend Vinyasa Flow

10am to 11.30am

Every week it changes from either a Saturday or Sundays

Always at 10am and for 90 minutes

Spaces are available to join live in the studio and spaces via zoom
