Take you Time Yoga Workshop with Katie Bray & Cristina Armondi (both trained by Bridget Woods Kramer)
Time to rest, to stretch, to eat slowly, to talk to others, to listen, to sit
So many people often prioritise others before themselves, and they end up feeling exhausted or burnt out.
This full day workshop starts with supported yoga poses, using bolsters, blankets and straps to get you into poses, so that you can fully relax.
Then moving into meditation and breathing work. Taking time to get into the right position so that you can breath fully.
Before lunch, moving through floor based poses of hip openers, shoulder openers and gentle back bends.
After lunch we’ll move into more active yoga, of warrior poses and more hip and shoulder openers, with various options of inversions; such as handstand, should stand or Viparita Karani (legs up the wall pose).
The final part of the workshop will be moving back into restorative yoga poses, and finishes with a long supported Savasana.
This workshop is open to men and women of all levels and includes a light lunch.
