- Choose your yoga practice: vinyasa flow, inversions, yin or restorative yoga.
- Or choose non yoga activities: such as meditation, yoga nidra, tai chi, qi gong or walking.
- Optional One hour health coaching session during the weekend.
- Calm & relaxing home with your own master bedroom with en-suite.
- Bath salts & artisan chocolates in your room.
- Menus prepared and cooked by Katie with your specific dietary requirements.
- Locally sourced food & drinks.
- Free time to relax at home, on the beach or explore St Ives.
