3 days, 2 nights accommodation.
Arrive from 10am Friday and Depart 2pm Sunday.
Morning Yoga & Meditation practice.
Evening Yoga: Restorative or Yin Yoga practice.
Brunch and 2 course Evening Meals.
Afternoon tea.
Lunch on the day of departure.

One hour health coaching with Katie.

This retreat is ideal for 2 friends, or maybe mums and daughters or dads and sons, any combination of 2 works!

There are 2 double bedrooms; one master en suite and 1 double bedroom with your own bathroom. With only yourselves on the retreat, there is ample room for practicing yoga, for sharing meals and relaxing. The whole house is light and airy and being able to relax with friends or family, without other guests is really unique.

The added advantage of only 2 guests is the attention to detail on your retreat. Katie will design yoga sequences specifically for you, adjusting your yoga practice to make sure that you get the most out of your practice and your retreat.

The location of Katie Bray Yoga in Lelant is stunning. The tranquility of this estuary village is breathtaking beautiful, with the most extraordinary light and sea air. Yet St Ives is only 10 minutes away on the train if you prefer more hustle and bustle, where you can visit boutique shops, people watch in one of the many cafes, or visit the Tate Gallery that overlooks Porthmeor beach.

Katie is passionate about yoga, health and wellbeing, and so this weekend will be an immersion of yoga, meditation, nutritious and delicious food and relaxation. Leaving you feeling energised, relaxed and inspired.

Yes, yoga will help to increase your flexibility and balance and the studio is fully equipped with blocks, bricks, bolsters and chairs to support you in your practice.

Yes, all level students are welcome and as a beginner you will be well supported, with yoga poses sequenced specifically for students new to yoga.

Yoga clothes/comfortable clothes for Yoga, Mediation & Tai Chi.

PJs/Lounge wear for evenings post salt baths.

Any reading books/magazines.

A journal for any reflections.

In case you’d like to walk to St Ives, walking shoes/boots or trainers would be needed for the coastal path walk to St Ives.

Your Yoga Retreat has been designed to restore and transform you both mentally and physically, with flowing yoga sequences, calm meditation practices and vegetarian or plant based food to nourish your body.

Katie is a skilled yoga teacher and a specialist nurse in Diabetes, and it’s this combination that makes Katie’s retreats unique. Dedication with her teaching, attention to detail and compassion are what makes Katie’s retreats unforgettable.

And the location, Cornwall is outstandingly beautiful and is so tranquil and it makes an ideal retreat venue. Katie’s home is minutes away from Lelant Estuary, which is an outstanding area of natural beauty, and past retreat guests have fallen in love with the beauty and simplicity of Cornwall.

Katie can teach yoga and host retreats, but the transformation comes from within and when you’re ready to transform, then I’m ready too.

This was my second visit to one of Katie’s yoga retreats and I still find it the best place to learn yoga and improve my yoga practice.

Everything was designed for comfort and convenience and I loved the attention to detail. The vibe was so inspiring and relaxing.

I shouldn’t forget to mention the meals that were delicious and prepared with love.

I’ll definitely be visiting again
