Vinyasa Flow is a yoga practice that links yoga poses with breath, and is a newer style of yoga that originates from traditional Hatha Yoga. So, you’ll see the familiar Hatha yoga poses in this class, but expect to flow through dynamic yoga sequences; that open the body, open the mind and allows you and your breath to flow effortlessly.
