These One to One or One to Two yoga sessions are completely individualised. You choose your focus in the session; it could be a specific yoga pose that you would like to focus on, or a specific style of yoga such as Beginners, Vinyasa, Yin or Restorative Yoga.
Katie will then guide you through poses, with careful adjustment during the session, with a strong emphasis on alignment, breath and relaxation.
