This class is suitable for anyone who would like to try yoga for the first time, or they are coming back to their yoga practice.
These classes will teach you the building blocks of basic yoga poses and breathing techniques.
You will learn how to position your feet, your legs, pelvis, spine, arms and head. This alignment will prepare your body for a safe practice, and immediately you’ll feel stronger, taller and more energised.
